“Quick” Sally Lunch

Sift flour, baking powder and salt

From 1922:

One pint flour, 3 tablespoons baking powder, ½ teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons sugar, 4 tablespoons melted butter, 3 eggs, 1 cup milk.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt; add sugar, eggs well beaten and milk. Mix thoroughly and pour into a deep, well-greased pan. Bake in a moderately hot oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Do not cut, but break apart with two forks.
