Simple to make and delicious to drink is the product made according to this recipe for “uncooked” grape juice:
Wash fresh, ripe grapes, press out the juice, strain through a cheesecloth. Measure the juice and add an equal volume of sugar. Put into jars and seal. Dilute with icewater before serving. Use the remainder of the pulp for making jelly.
