Take any quantity of prunes, soak over night, wash thoroughly, cover with sufficient water to stew gently. When filled out to proper size make a small slit in each, remove stone, and insert a blanched almond. Roll in desiccated cocoanut and pile in glass dish. These make a delicious dessert served with cream or custard.
