Special Cheese Cake

From 1922:

Press one and a half cups of cottage cheese through a colander and add to it three well beaten eggs, two tablespoons of cream, two teaspoons of melted butter, half a cup of sugar, the grated rind and juice of one lemon.
Beat smooth and pour into a deep pastry lined pie tin and bake in a quick oven 25 minutes.
When baked, dust top with powdered sugar.
