Scalloped Fish and Macaroni

Place flaked pieces of tinned salmon in the centre of a piedish, take some boiled macaroni and shape it into a border around the dish. Pour over a white sauce, sprinkle the macaroni with breadcrumbs and the fish with minced parsley, and bake in a hot oven until nicely browned. Serve hot in the same dish in which it was cooked. Rice may be used in place of the macaroni.
