Rhubarb Tapioca

Wash and cut into pieces one

Wash and cut into pieces one bunch of rhubarb. Cook one-half cup of granulated tapioca in two and one-half cups of water, adding the rhubarb and one cup of granulated sugar. When the tapioca is soft pour into custard cups and then place in a pan containing water and bake for fifteen minutes. Serve with custard sauce.
