Raisin Rice Pudding

Serve with sugar if you like

Allow one tablespoonful of rice to a quart of milk. Boil together for half hour and then place in a baking dish. Wash and seed 1 cupful of raisins and mix with the rice. Bake in a flat dish, stirring frequently. The last half hour let the crust form without stirring. When brown remove from stove. Serve with sugar if you like.
