Olla Podrida

Three cups boiled rice, 1 ½ cups fried onions, 2 cups tomatoes, ½ cup chopped green olives, ¾ cup grated cheese. Cover bottom of oiled baking dish with cooked rice and spread with a layer of the other ingredients. Then cover with another layer of rice. Repeat until the dish is full, finishing with a layer of rice and cheese. Sprinkle with green olives. Bake three quarters of an hour.
