Molded Salmon

One large tin of salmon, 1 breakfastcupful of breadcrumbs, 1 oz. of butter and ½ pint of milk, 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste. Mince salmon finely, add breadcrumbs, butter, salt and pepper. Mix in the egg and milk, then steam in a greased basin for one hour, turn out carefully and serve with anchovy or parsley sauce.
