¼ lb. butter, 1 small cupful sugar, 3 eggs, 3 tablespoonfuls milk, 1 cupful of self-raising flour, 1 tablespoonful cinnamon. Beat butter and sugar to a cream, add the well beaten eggs, then the milk, flour, and cinnamon last. Bake in sandwich tins and fill with mock cream.
