Honeycomb Cream

Take 1 pint of milk,

From 1922:

Take 1 pint of milk, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoonfuls sugar, 5 sheets gelatine; flavor with lemon. Warm milk, sugar and gelatine together until dissolved, but do not boil, then pour into a basin and add beaten yolks. Put back into pan and stir until it thickens, but do not boil. Take off into basin, then add beaten whites quickly, and pour into wet mould.
