Green Corn Pancakes

From 1913:

Beat together a cup of milk, an egg, whipped light before it goes into the milk,a tablespoon of melted butter, salt to taste, flour enough to make a thin batter. Stir into it two cupfuls of corn cut from the cob and after beating hard, bake on griddle as directed in recipe for green pea pancakes.
