Frozen Maple Pudding

Yolks of six eggs and one cup

Yolks of six eggs and one cup grated maple sugar; cook in double boiler until slightly thickened; stir until cool. Add one pint of whipped cream and one teaspoon of vanilla. Put in mold and pack in ice three hours.
Sauce: Half a cup of sugar, one r fourth cup of water, four tablespoons of chocolate. Boil sugar, water and chocolate together until it thickens. Remove from fire and add small piece of butter.
