Egg Baskets

Shell and cut into halves 6 hard-boiled eggs; remove the yolks, and mix them with a little butter, pepper and salt, and some finely minced meat or fowl; fill the whites of the eggs with the mixtures; place in a dish, pour over them some nice cream sauce.
