Beat to a stiff consistency the whites of 4 eggs, 2 bare breakfastcupfuls of sugar, and a little salt. Sprinkle lightly with desiccated cocoanut and place 1 teaspoonful of the mixture (which makes a nice size) on tissue paper sprinkled with sugar. Bake in a slow oven for about half an hour.
