One tin salmon, 2oz. grated cheese, one tablespoonful vinegar, breadcrumbs, cayenne, salt. Butter a piedish, spread the salmon in it with salt, cayenne and vinegar. Put a sprinkling of cheese, then breadcrumbs, cover the top with little bits of butter at intervals over the breadcrumbs. Bake from 15 to 20 minutes in a quick oven.
