LEMON WINE

The juice of three lemons, two cupfuls of boiling water, two wineglass-fuls of wine, three eggs. Wash the lemons, pare the rind lightly, put the pulp and juice of the lemons with the rind into boiling water and sugar to taste. When cold, strain and add the wine and beaten eggs.
